What materials are your bags made of?

Our bags are made with earth-loving materials like cotton canvas, vegan leather. Each material is selected not just for quality, but for its vibe, purpose, and planet-kindness.

Are your bags waterproof?

Not really yet most Überpack bags are crafted to handle splashes and drizzles. While they’re not made for a swim.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We offer returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. The product must be unused, unworn, with its original tags and packaging intact.

For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at customercare@myuberpack.com and we'll help you resolve it.
